Booking conditions Casa Kamari holiday homes
In the following you will find the terms and conditions of the rental lease between you and Casa Kamari.
Please read those conditions carefully.
We strongly advise you to purchase travel and cancellation insurance!!
Booking
To book a house or studio we kindly ask you to confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
If the house or studio is available in your preferred period of stay we offer the possibility to take an option on this accommodation for a maximum of one week.
We will notify you of the booking amount and the expiration date of your option.
If you want to confirm your booking you are required to pay a deposit of 40% of the booking amount.
Immediately after receipt of this deposit your booking is confirmed and final.
The remainder of the booking amount is payable 4 weeks before the start of your stay.
If a booking is made within 6 weeks before the start of your stay, the full amount must be paid immediately.
It’s important we know the number of people staying at the accommodation.
We can provide a high chair and/or a baby cot if needed so please let us know the age of any children.
Security Bond
When you collect the key you are required to pay a refundable security bond of 100 euro per accommodation to cover any breakage/damage and/or missing items from the rented holiday home or studio. At this time we will hand you the remote controls for the television and the decoder plus a smartcard for the decoder.
After a check of the house/studio and after you return the key, the remote controls and the smartcard, we will refund the security bond at your departure.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 14.00 h.
Check-out is at 10.00 h. (unless otherwise agreed)
Please ensure you leave the property clean and tidy and in accordance with the house rules.
A fee is required for the end cleaning of your accommodation; € 25,00 for the studio, € 30,00 for Casa Avos and € 35,00 for the Quinta. This fee will be included in the booking amount.
We kindly ask you to let us know your time of arrival and flight number. This enables us to pick you up from the airport at the right time and to prepare the house or studio for your arrival.
We can provide safe storage for your luggage before check-in and/or after check-out.
Cancellation
Deposits are not refundable. You can cover the risk by purchasing cancellation insurance.
Liability
We at Casa Kamari are not responsible for and cannot be held responsible for damage, injury or theft of/to persons and/or their belongings.
You enter our premises, the holiday homes/studio, swimming pools and playground equipment at your own risk and responsibility.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions
By booking the accommodation you accept to comply with these terms and conditions.
